I'm Dr. Ali Rifai, a dentist passionate about implantology and cosmetic dentistry. I like to challenge myself with working on complex cases, particularly full mouth rehabilitations.
Dentistry to me is both a passion and a way to express myself.
With over 15 years of experience as a dentist, I have consistently challenged myself with difficult cases and joined numerous courses to enhance my capabilities. My primary goal is to ensure that my patients feel safe and secure under my care. I am dedicated to learning new techniques and refine them with methods I already know to continually evolve my practice.
My Dental Experience in Southern England
My Story
I graduated in 2008 from Barts and the Royal London Hospital in London and have since worked in various practices across London and Essex. Since graduating, I have pursued further education and training, including:
- A Masters of Clinical Dentistry with a focus on Implantology.
- Training in teeth straightening, being certified as a Six Months Smiles provider and a Gold Invisalign provider.
- Membership in the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentists (BACD) for cosmetic dentistry.
I make it a point to regularly attend study clubs in London, ensuring that I remain at the forefront of dentistry.

My experience
I'm a skilled dentist committed to delivering treatments to the highest standards through continuous professional improvement.
My passion lies in implantology, where I am fully capable in both free-hand and guided surgery, tailoring treatments to each case's specific needs. From single implants to full mouth rehabilitations, my expertise in Zygomatic, subperiosteal, and bone and soft tissue regenerations enables me to handle even the most complex cases.
When providing a treatment Aesthetic is one of the first things the patient will notice and I want to catch that glimpse of surprise once they can notice that the final outcome is "so natural" yet so life-changing.
I like to use my experience and apply my knowledge to provide a smart multidisciplinary approach.
Beyond the technicalities, I believe in fostering a friendly approach to dental care and I like to address every case with honesty, hard work, and a commitment.
I am open to find new locations to work at in Southern England. I am also happy to accept referrals for cases that require advanced and complicated treatments, ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of service.
